Solar absorber manufacturing implies High Tech functional coating processes. IONICS intends to propose simple low-cost solutions for solar absorber coatings while maintaining efficiency and performance level of actual absorber systems.
The proposed solution is based on nano-charged sol-gel coatings, which can be applied by common spray or roll-coating equipment.
This R&D program is still under construction and should be launched during the second half of 2015.
