First Ionics MAP is running!
Ion beam is on and gets to work
Back from Hannover fair with the ionLAB 400 vacuum system, our engineers were eager and excited to install the new Hardion ion gun (MAP) system developed by Ionics. Less than two weeks later, the first tests were carried on with success. The system is now fully operational and used by our partners of Materia Nova R&D center for glass and sapphire treatment. The assembly of a third ionLAB 400 is already ongoing with our partners of AGC Plasma Engineering and Graux. A first success for the Walibeam project thanks to an efficient partnership.
