The ionLAB 400 is now available to industries !
Back from the Hannover fair, the Ionlab 400 vacuum system has directly been installed in Materia Nova and the plasma research department (Chips) has overseen the technical installation, the initial start-up and the validation step. The new Hardion ion gun system developed by Ionics has also been installed by our colleagues and is already running. The tests on glass and sapphire have already started.
Materia Nova has now two ion implantation operating systems: the Alpha Lab and the ionLab400.
